중앙선거관리위원회와 국립과학수사연구원들이 21일 오전 서울 종로구 선거연수원에서 제 13대 대통령선거 구로구을 우편투표함 개함하고 있다.

1987년 제13대 대통령 선거에서 서울 구로구을 우편투표함은 부정선거 의혹으로 개봉되지 않았으며, 봉인된지 29년만에 한국정치학회의 연구용역 요청에 따라 개봉됐다
